Week Six!!!
We've crossed the 70% threshold which means we are less than $3,000 away from reaching our goal!! This is massive, and with new rewards being added, the voice cast being announced for the audiobook, I'm confident we'll get there!
Currently, we are getting quotes from printers to actually begin the printing process and it's exciting because it feels VERY real now! Also in the beginning process of creating other rewards assets like stickers, bookmarks, and lithographs. It's all coming together!! Thank you to everyone who has contributed thus far and please spread the word, we're SO CLOSE!!

Rewards Update!!!
The cast of the audiobook has begun to take shape and we think everyone should have a chance to hear it as we round out the end of the campaign! Look for cast announcements coming soon on Daniel's socials- but for now, we've updated the "More Magical" $50, "Even MORE Magical!" $75, and "The MOST Magical!" $100 tiers with access to the upcoming audiobook!

THE BOOK IS DONE!!!
It is with great pleasure that I let you all know the physical work on the book has been completed and Ashley turned in her final revisions to me! The next steps are to find the right printer to get this into production within the next month, and begin the process of producing the other rewards like stickers, bookmarks, lithographs and the audio book.
Not gonna lie, this is all so daunting to tackle but you all have put your faith in me and this not-so-little production of mine, so I aim to please. Time to take this to the next level!!

THE CAMPAIGN IS LIVE!!! Thank you so much to everyone who has already pledged, shared, or engaged with our socials! Over the next 5 weeks I will be posting and sharing more of my story and you'll get to know more about these amazing characters, and my journey in bringing them back to life! I can't even begin to tell you how much your support means to me- thank you!!

It all began in 1976 when my Mom & Dad had the idea to create what would become "Baby Zodiac". My Mom sketched out and illustrated these amazing characters who would become my dearest childhood friends. I would look forward to bedtime when my Mom would bring out her beautiful illustrations and improvise bedtime stories for me, sometimes putting on voices for them. They remain a huge part of who I am and when I discovered her original sketches, I knew what I had to do to honor her memory. Let BZ Begin!

In April I met with Zeresh Aria in person after knowing each other for many years online. It was as if the stars had aligned because I had been searching for a skilled Graphic Designer to help me bring the finer details of BZ to life like the new logo and character frames. When I asked Zeresh to join the team, she knew how passionate I was about this project and wanted to help me see it through. As Zeresh has a beautiful daughter, it occurred to me that this project would be made by Mom's and that gave me the biggest smile.

For over TWO YEARS I searched for the right artist capable of bringing my vision to life. I had the most stringent of criteria- the art had to be bold and memorable like the books I used to love as a child, but also the artist had the monumental task of capturing a sparkle of my Mom's essence while redesigning the characters for a modern era. I found Ashley Campo in February 2026 on Tiktok of all places, and I immediately fell in love with her work. After several paid art tests, she won me over and this was the moment I asked her to be a part of this journey. Ashley is a new Mom herself and so having a Mom to help me honor mine felt like pure luck!
